Cameron Chorpenning, Son of UFCW LOCAL 27 President Jason Chorpenning, killed this beautiful chocolate buck on opening day of Rifle Season in Maryland on Dans Mountain at 7:45 am.
His family reports, “He shot him with a 30-06 with a scope on his gun that he won at the Shoot For A Cure event held annually on the eastern shore in Maryland. Thanks again to Shoot For A Cure for this awesome prize at the best fundraiser there is!!!”
This buck weighed approximately 145 pounds and all of the meat will be enjoyed by Cameron‘s entire family!
