Barnett Outdoors is the original pioneer of the modern-day crossbow. They started small in 1962 when a man named Bernard Barnett pursued a hobby working with crossbows from his garage in the UK, filling orders for friends who were impressed by his handiwork. From there, manufacturing facilities popped up across Europe and then made their way to the US, where they eventually brought operations permanently in 2003.
